This is accurate. We just wanted to put out a reveal/preview that would build hype. It seems to have worked.
Under the hood systems will likely never require a restart as you're not likely to visibly see it.
Referring to the roadmap. The pool party, the sexy flirting and custom CGs will be something you can experience at the current stopping point of the summer semester.
We'll announce publicly if you'd need to restart or load an early save to experience something.
good to know cause I've been holding off on playing it just avoid the restart

He has a poll below that for "i enjoyed the memes" "i liked to ask actually" and other such stuff. He's gauging reactions not to it being available now but to its announcement.
I'm not exactly sure how both 0.6b and 0.7 are meant to release in november but yeah there's no deceit in that discord message.

Y'know, as the one who coined the term 'Consent Simulator', I feel as though interpreting it as complaining asking the girl if you can do this, that, or another thing, while your penis is already in her is, like pronouncing the acronym for Graphics Interchange Format as "Jif" (the peanut butter), while complaining about how easy it is to accidentally cheat on one girl or another is pronouncing Graphics Interchange Format as .gif, as I intended.

Can't wait for the v1.0 to hit and modders to declare open season on the girls wardrobe. The storytelling potential around "I am NOT wearing that." is even more exciting to me than any jump in the amount of stuff you can expect seeing the girls wear:

It's a sort of unflattering conclusion Laura might draw when looking at Sonic without having years and years of reading social cues, so maybe recognising similarities but failing to recognise important differences:
Wolverine and Sonic basically solve problems the same way. A spiky thing either evading problems or addressing them directly with violence and acting cocky afterwards. He'll surely love it!
